Q. Do You Charge For GameShadow? A. GameShadow is a free service, but we do offer an optional paid for subscription membership (£29.95 / $39.95 / €34.95 per year) that offers more downloads and features and allows you to turn off the adverts across the website and software.

Q. What Are GameShadow Alerts? A. You can opt-in to receive GameShadow Alerts. The alerts system cleverly constructs a special email, just for you and your games, and sends it to you as and when new files and content is released for your games.

Technical

Q. My remote download hasn’t started even though I launched it? A. GameShadow checks with the server every 15 minutes for any remote downloads, so it may take up to 15 minutes to start the download on the remote PC running GameShadow.

Q.What Operating Systems Will GameShadow Run On? A. Windows XP SP2 or Windows VISTA 32. System Recommendations are located on the Recommendations Tab.

Q. Which Browser Does GameShadow Run On? A. Microsoft IE 7 and 8, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Q. Error Messages Are Occurring When Using GameShadow A. For any error messages you're receiving, email support@gameshadow.com and state the details. Support will get back to you with a solution or further correspondence usually within 24hrs.
